In Utrecht, we advise you to always place your Rental bike in an official municipal Bike parking. There is a lot of bike theft in the city, especially with bikes that are left on the street or outside guarded Bike parkings. The municipality removes bikes that are parked incorrectly, so avoid problems and always use a Bike parking. Free Bike parkings can be found at Utrecht Centraal, the Neude and the Vredenburg.

Pick up and Return is only possible during our Opening hours:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00

• Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00

• Sunday: 12:00 – 18:00

Outside these times it is not possible to Pick up or Return bikes. Also, the Pick up and Return of the bike(s) is only possible at our Bike shop on the Willemstraat.

Yes, you can! Just let us know before the end of your Rental period and we will easily extend the Rental.

Our insurance only covers theft. Read in our algemene voorwaarden exactly what this entails and what you should do in case of theft. Damage to the bike is not covered by the insurance and will be assessed separately.

We will then automatically charge the rate of an extra Rental period (day or 24 hours), depending on the time of Return.
