Willemstraatbike offers professional bike hire and convenient on-site service. Whether you want to rent bikes for a group or have your own bike picked up for repairs, we arrange it quickly, reliably and fully taken care of.
On location bike rental
Want Rental bikes delivered on location? Willemstraatbike delivers bikes exactly where you need them. Ideal for company outings, group activities, school outings, events or tourist groups.
We deliver the bikes to your starting location and can also pick them up at another location. Sun you can enjoy your Bike tour without any logistical worries.

Everything is fully taken care of, so you don't have to worry about anything.
How does bike rental on location work?
- You send us a reservation request by e-mail with the necessary details.
- We will make an appropriate Quote based on your requirements.
- You will receive this quote by e-mail. It is immediately valid as an option on the bikes for the desired Date.
- After agreement, you will receive an order confirmation with all details, such as: the rented bikes, delivery and pick-up times, rental date or rental period, delivery and pick-up addresses, payment and delivery terms.
Payment and conditions
Payment must always be made in advance. After agreeing to the Quote, you will receive an Invoice. Once payment is received, the reservation is final and the bikes will be reserved for you and scheduled for delivery.

Can't bring your Bike to our shop for repairs yourself? Then Willemstraatbike offers a convenient pick-up and delivery service. We will pick up your Bike and return it to you after repair.
All Repairs are carried out in our Workshop, where we have professional tools and Parts to repair your Bike safely and competently.
How does our on location service work?
- You contact us to schedule a pick-up appointment.
- We pick up the Bike at the agreed location and time.
- Repairs are carried out in our workshop.
- As soon as the Bike is ready, we will return it to you.
Sun, you don't need to arrange your own transport and your bike is quickly ready for use again.
Loaner bike possible
If required, we can provide a loaner bike during the repair period to keep you mobile. Simply indicate this on your request and we will check availability.
Loaner bike costs: €5.00 per day
On location service costs
Pick up and return within Utrecht: €35
The cost of the repair itself is calculated separately. You will receive a price indication in advance if required.
Payment
Payment is due when picking up the Bike or returning it after repairs.
