Additional Terms – Rental On-Location

Willemstraatbike B.V.

These terms apply to bicycle rentals that are delivered and/or picked up by Willemstraatbike B.V. at a location specified by the Lessee.

Article 1 – Definitions

On-location rental: The delivery and/or pickup of rental bikes at an address specified by the Lessee.

Location: The agreed address where the bicycle(s) will be delivered and/or picked up.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms apply to all on-location rentals.

The general terms and conditions of Willemstraatbike B.V. remain fully applicable.

Article 3 – Delivery

The bicycle(s) will be delivered to the agreed address and time.

The Lessee is responsible for correctly providing the address and being present at the agreed time.

Article 4 – Transfer of Responsibility

Responsibility for the bicycle(s) transfers to the Lessee as soon as the bicycle(s) are delivered to the location.

Article 5 – Use and Security

The Lessee is responsible for careful use of the bicycle(s) and always locking them.

Article 6 – Pickup

The bicycle(s) must be available at the agreed location and time.

Article 7 – Travel Costs

Travel costs may be charged for delivery and pickup.

Article 8 – Business Rental

If rental is to a company, hotel, or organization, this organization is fully liable for the bicycle(s).

Article 9 – Liability

Use of the bicycle(s) is entirely at your own risk.

Article 10 – Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these terms.

Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Utrecht.
