Additional Terms – Service On-Location

Willemstraatbike B.V.

These terms apply to the pickup of bicycles for repair and the possible temporary provision of a loaner or rental bike.

Repairs are carried out exclusively in the workshop of Willemstraatbike B.V.

Article 1 – Applicability

These terms apply to:

• picking up bicycles
• transporting bicycles to the workshop
• providing loaner or rental bikes

Article 2 – Pickup Service

The customer must be present at the agreed time and have the bicycle ready for handover.

If the customer is not present, travel costs may be charged.

Article 3 – Transfer of Responsibility

Responsibility for the bicycle transfers to Willemstraatbike B.V. at the moment the bicycle is physically picked up.

Article 4 – Repair

Repairs are carried out exclusively in the workshop.

Stated repair times are indicative.

Article 5 – Loaner or Rental Bike

If a loaner or rental bike is provided:

The customer is fully liable for damage, loss, and theft.

The bicycle must be used carefully and locked.

Article 6 – Return of Loaner Bike

The loaner or rental bike must be returned as soon as the own bicycle is ready.

Late return may result in rental charges.

Article 7 – Liability

Use of a loaner or rental bike is entirely at your own risk.

Article 8 – Costs

Costs for pickup service, repair, and any rental are communicated in advance or specified afterwards.

Article 9 – Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these terms.

Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Utrecht.
